We serve daily breakfast for our guests from 8:30a.m-9:30 a.m. with coffee available in the parlor starting at 7:30 a.m.!
For those wishing 24 hour convenience, you can visit our "back porch" for coffee, tea, snacks, common area refrigerator and microwave.
Rabun County is Georgia’s “Farm to Table” Capital, so we are sure you will enjoy our ever-changing breakfasts. It is our goal to make certain that you have a satisfying meal-enough that you’ll most likely want to skip lunch!
Our breakfasts follow a weekly variety and are based on the season, so whenever possible we use fresh and locally sourced organic eggs and produce. Many of our foods are plow to the pantry from our local farmers. We jam and pickle many of our local favorites. During the growing season, we find a wide range of foods in our local area including a variety of berries (Rabun Gap strawberries are fantastic!), peaches, tomatoes, and of course cabbages. Many of our meats are from Blalock Meats, and we even have a grist mill just minutes away.
Here are several examples of our typical morning fare:
